Terms and Conditions

  • Minimum one-month rental; first month is prorated.
  • One-time $15 administration fee for new customers.
  • The $15 security deposit is refundable and includes the use of a disc-lock.
  • Rent may be paid with cash, check, or credit card in the manager’s office.
  • Rent is due on the first of the month.  A $10 late fee is assessed for rents paid after the 15th day of the month.
